Avocado oil

our favorite oil

We chose unrefined, organic, non-gmo avocado oil as our base in our salves and creams due to its endless nourshing properties.

Avocado oil has been shown to increase collagen synthesis, reduce inflammation, while penetrating the skin's barrier to help retain it's natural moisture.

Avocado oil is derivied from the fruit, not from the seed, making this oil abundant in micro and macro nurtients.

arnica (Arnica montana)

This beautiful flower has been used medicinally since the 1500's, although Saint Hildegard of Bingen (a visionary mystic and nun born in 1098) did mention the use of arnica in her writings.

Arnica may be one of the best herbs for external ailments such as localized pain, inflammation, to even bruises and sprains. Studies show that arnica has immunostimulant properties that stimulate phagocytosis, thus, arnica may be benefical to regain tissue homeostasis.

Arnica contains active constituents (which give arnica is medicinal properties), therefore arnica is not safe to ingest internally.

Willowbark has bitter properties, meaning it may support the digestive system. Think about it liket his, bitter properties directly feed, or communicate with the liver, gallbladder, and panreas, asking it to produce the bile enzymes and salts we need, in order to properly digestion our food.
