Suggested Use

Apply as needed, for sleep support apply one hour to 30 - 60 minutes before bed. Rub into feet, back of knees, and the tape of the neck.

Our magnesium cream was formulated with lavender for it's soothing properties.

We infused the oil with whole plant lavender and lavender essential oils. Here is a few other great benefits of lavender.

Our magnesium is formulated in house, meaning our herbalist takes raw flakes of zechstein magnesium chloride, magnesium glycinate, magnesium sulfate and blends it with filtered, non fluoridated, spring water.

This trio of magnesium was chosen for its bioavailability, meaning it can be absorbed and used by the body easily.
