Refund policy

SHIPPING:

All orders placed before 11 AM EST ship out the same day. Shipping estimates are available at checkout.  


SHIPPING CARRIERS:

USPS AND UPS.  If you wish to use a different carrier service, please contact us directly so we can arrange that for you. 


RETURNS:

Due to hygiene concerns all salves, tinctures and teas will not be eligible for return. Returns are not eligible on custom made preparations. If T-shirts and hats are damaged, they are eligible for return within 48 hours after receiving the package. Must include original tag and packaging, must not appear worn. 

EXCHANGES:

due to the nature of our products exchanges cannot be made. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact me within 6 hours of it arriving damaged.
