  • Suggested Use

    Adults: 1 tsp in 6 - 8 ounces of water. Steep for 11 minutes. Allow honey to cool to 104* to preserve the benefical properties of honey. Enjoy!

    Herbalist recommendations: Our herbalist prefers her tea strong. 1 tbsp of tea per 6 - 8 ounces of water. Steep for 11 minutes, add honey when tea has cooled to 104* degrees. Give thanks & enjoy!

A constituent that may ease stress by promoting muscle relaxation and inducing a better quality of sleep without the side effects. Apigenin is a bioflavonoid and found in herbs like chamomile, celery, and fennel. Research suggests that apigenin (an antioxidant) may increase levels of glutathione (another powerful antioxidant). Consumption of foods containing apigenin may promote and support better sleep, healthy immune responses, and better mood.

Our sleep well tea is a special release, formulated by our herbalist to promote relaxation and enhance the quality of sleep. Our tea is formulated with herbs that are abundant in micro and macro vitamins and minerals such as, magnesium which supports relaxation and promotes sleep.

Our herbalist recommends paring it with magnesium cream in the evening about an hour before bed. Begin brewing a cup of sleep well tea, while the tea steeps prepare your bedroom for relaxation, dim lighting, and diffusing essential oils are a good start. When the tea has finished steeping; add honey to taste.

While laying in bed, begin to apply magnesium cream to the back of the neck, back of knees, and the bottoms of the feet.
