Serene Sleep Tea Blend

Unwind and calm your mind and body with our soothing Serene Sleep Tea Blend. This intentionally crafted blend combines organic, non-gmo, wildcrafted herbs to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and guide you into a restful slumber.

Our serene sleep tea was formulated to promote relaxation and induce a better quality of sleep. Our herbalist formulated our tea blend, and Serene Sleep Tincture with herbs that are high in apigenin. A constituent that may ease stress by promoting muscle relaxation and inducing a better quality of sleep without the side effects. Apigenin is a bioflavonoid and found in herbs like chamomile, celery, and fennel. Research suggests that apigenin (an antioxidant) may increase levels of glutathione (another powerful antioxidant). Consumption of foods containing apigenin may promote and support better sleep, healthy immune responses, and better mood.

Chamomile

Matricaria recutita

Chamomile may act as a mild sedative that may help with sleep. Chamomile contains a constituent called apigenin, a flavonoid that binds to receptors in the brain that may promote sleepiness and reduce insomnia.

Spearmint

Mentha spicata

Spearmint can help with sleep because it contains menthol, an essential oil that can calm the body and promote relaxation.

Menthol in spearmint interacts with GABA receptors in the brain, helping to relax neurotransmitters and promote a state of relaxation.

Skullcap

Scutellaria lateriflora

Skullcap contains flavonoids including scutellarin and baicalin, which may give the herb its sedative and antispasmodic properties. Research suggests skullcap may be helpful for inducing sleep and reducing nervous headaches without side effects.

Passionflower

Passiflora incarnata

Passionflower contains alkaloids, and flavonoids that have shown sedative like effects making passionflower benefical to those suffering from emotional or physical trauma.

Passionflower does have an affinity to the central nervous system, and has depressant like effects, making passionflower benefical when dealing with sudden loss of a family member, or loved one.

Passionflower also contains constituents that may be antiinflammatory and antispasmodic, thus indicating passionflower may help soothe and support inflammed, cramping, muscles.
