Spring Water, Magnesium Chloride, Essential oil: Dilution 2%, (Lavandula angustifolia), (Matricaria chamomilla), (Citrus bergamia), (Vanilla planifolia), Gluten Free Alcohol (natural preserative)

Suggested Dosage
serene sleep tinctureAdults: One hour before bed spray 8-10 sprays onto feet, and calf muscles, rub in to the skin. Pairs great with our serene sleep tincture!

Our magnesium is formulated in house, meaning our herbalist takes raw flakes of zechstein magnesium chloride, magnesium glycinate, magnesium citrate and blends it with filtered, non fluoridated, spring water.
This trio of magnesium was chosen for its bioavailability, meaning it can be absorbed and used by the body easily.
Did you know, magnesium is an essential mineral that is required for over 300 processes including, but not limited too nerve conduction, sleep, muscle cramps, low energy, irregular bowel movements, active transport of potassium and calcium and, regulation of blood pressure and pulse.

Formulated with essential oils such as lavender, chamomile, bergamot and vanilla.
Lavender has been used for centuries to soothe irritated inflammation tissues, ease stress and anxiety and promote relaxation.
All purpose salve was formulated with therapeutic quality lavender essential oil for its astrigent properties which promote skin healing.
Bergamot is our herbalist's favorite citrus essential oil.
Chamomile is relaxing to the senses and promotes peaceful slumber and is so gentle that its used to calm upset babies, and upset tummies in babies.
Vanilla: Okay, so the herbalist jokes and says the only reason she added vanilla is because its delightful to the senses. Although, she says vanilla is considered a natural gentle sedative in Italy! :)
