Ingredients
WITH LAVENDER: Spring water, magnesium glycinate, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate. Essential Oil Dilution: = 2%, Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Sweet Orange (Citrus × sinensis),Gluten Free Alcohol (natural preserative).
WITH PALO: Spring water, magnesium glycinate, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate. Essential Oil Dilution: = 2%, (Bursera graveolens) Palo Santo, Gluten Free Alcohol (natural preserative). -
Suggested Dosage
serene sleep tinctureAdults: One hour before bed spray 6 sprays onto feet, and calf muscles, rub in to the skin. Pairs great with our serene sleep tincture!
6 sprays = 1 mL and 1 mL = 100 MG of magnesium
