Serene Sleep Tincture
Unwind and calm your mind and body with our soothing Serene Sleep Tea Blend. This intentionally crafted blend combines organic, non-gmo, wildcrafted herbs to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and guide you into a restful slumber.
Our serene sleep tea was formulated to promote relaxation and induce a better quality of sleep. Our herbalist formulated our tea blend, and Serene Sleep Tincture with herbs that are high in apigenin. A constituent that may ease stress by promoting muscle relaxation and inducing a better quality of sleep without the side effects. Apigenin is a bioflavonoid and found in herbs like chamomile, celery, and fennel. Research suggests that apigenin (an antioxidant) may increase levels of glutathione (another powerful antioxidant). Consumption of foods containing apigenin may promote and support better sleep, healthy immune responses, and better mood.

Chamomile may act as a mild sedative that may help with sleep. Chamomile contains a constituent called apigenin, a flavonoid that binds to receptors in the brain that may promote sleepiness and reduce insomnia.
When formulating our Serene Sleep Herbal Tincture our herbalist just had to use fennel for these two reasons:
Did you know in the 5th century Fennel was considered a sedative? According to this research paper, it was well known and used well up until the 14th century for its sedative like effects. Maybe this is due to its apigenin content?
Fennel also stimulates digestive juices, gets things flowing to support healthy digestion and absorption of nutrients. Fennel soothes bloat, an uncomfortable symptom some exprience after eating a meal, (which can really hinder bed time).
Babylon's mint
Considered the oldest of mints, spearmint has been used for centuries for its digestive benefits. In ancient Babylon (1800 BC), written records related this plant to the treatment for several digestive disturbances.
The volatile oils refresh our senses and renew our spirits with the aroma of spearmint.
Spearmint may stimulate GABA in the brain, helping to unwind faster.
Spearmint stimulates blood flow and lymphatic fluid, while providing a cooling sensation, and soothing tired, overworked muscles, muscles.
