Rocky Top Original Bitters
Our herbalist formulated our Rocky Top Bitters with herbs & spices that support our gut microbiome. This carefully crafted small batch formula combines the wisdom of herbs from Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), Sarsaparilla root (S. officinalis), Burdock root (Arctium lappa), Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Bitter Orange (Citrus × aurantium), and Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) to promote overall health and wellness of the gut microbiome. Then our herbalist tops of the digestive oxymel with a touch of local, raw Roane County Honey.
