Our burdock root tincture is formulated with organic, non-gmo burdock root, and certified gluten free vodka.

Ingredients
(1:5,50%) Burdock Root (Arctium lappa), certified gluten free, six times distilled vodka.

Suggested Dosage
Adults: 10-20 drops 2-4x daily.
The Herbalist's Recommendation: First time trying Burdock Root? Begin with 5 drops 5x daily for 3 days to see how body responds to burdock. -
Contraindications
There are no major contraindications with Burdock., but a few considerations to keep in mind are;
Allergies to Asteraceae (daisy family)
Digestive enzyme medications. Contact your health care practitioner and herbalist before consuming burdock root.
Burdock does have a mild hypoglycemic action and therefore should be used with some caution with hypoglycaemic drugs.
