blissful
A favorite here at Sacred Infusions Apothecary. If our herbalist had to pick two citrus essential oils to use for the rest of her life, begamot would be one of the two.
Bergamot is a citrus, known for its sour taste, also known as a bitter in Southeast Asia. Bitters are highly prized in The Easten Culture's cusine, and are thought to promote healthy digestion when consumed reguarly.
Bergamot has been shown to slow racing thoughts, promote deep, calm breathing, and works to activate the parasympathetic nervous system even in traumatic situations.
