Our herbalist formulated our Serene Sleep Pillow Spray to soothe the scenses and promote the deep, uninterrupted sleep; we all miss getting as a child. Drift off to sleep with our calmingSerene Sleep Pillow Spray, expertly blended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve the quality of your sleep.

  • Ingredients

    Water, vodka, essential oils (dilution = 2%) (Lavandula angustifolia), (Matricaria chamomilla), (Citrus bergamia), (Vanilla planifolia)

  • Suggested Dosage

    Adults:
    (12 & UP) ADULTS PROACTIVE: one hour before bed mist pillow 7 times.

    (12 & UP) ADULTS REACTIVE: one hour before bed, generously mist pillow. Used as needed if you awaken in the middle of the night.

    Children:

    (Ages 1 and up) CHILDREN PROACTIVE: one hour before bed mist pillow 1 time.

    (Ages 1 and up) CHILDREN REACTIVE: mist pillow once every 2 hours.

    Keep out of reach of children, safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding.

A favorite here at Sacred Infusions Apothecary. If our herbalist had to pick two citrus essential oils to use for the rest of her life, begamot would be one of the two.

Bergamot is a citrus, known for its sour taste, also known as a bitter in Southeast Asia. Bitters are highly prized in The Easten Culture's cusine, and are thought to promote healthy digestion when consumed reguarly.

Bergamot has been shown to slow racing thoughts, promote deep, calm breathing, and works to activate the parasympathetic nervous system even in traumatic situations.

Vanilla
