Arnica (Arnica montana), Plantain (Plantago major), Comfrey (Symphytum)and Cayenne (Capsicum annuum) infused into avocado oil, with magnesium and a blend of pain relieving essential oils of clove, peppermint, wintergreen, and helichrysum.
Tincture Dosing: AGES 12 and up

for chronic conditions - take 1/4 - 1/2 TSP THREE TIMES DAILY
for acute conditions - take 1/2 - 1 TSP UNTIL RELIEF IS MET
