*Nettle (Urtica dioica), Certified Gluten Free Vodka 6 times distilled.

Children - 2 and up – 1/8th tsp to 1/4 tsp; 1-2x daily

Adult – 1/4 tsp – 1/2 tsp; 2-4x daily
