Spring has sprung!

Here in East Tennessee, Spring has officially arrived. We know Spring has arrived when the cars are covered in pollen, and the garlic, onions,  dandelion, and zinnias are popping up.  I love zinnias, the cutest retro-like flower.

Here in the South, it gets warm quickly. Not to mention the humidity. So, by early April when the temp rises to 80 degrees, we are all searching for something a bit more refreshing.

Lavender Lemon Iced Tea
