Ingredients
Oregon Grape Root (Mahonia aquifolium), Certified gluten free, six times distilled vodka.

Suggested Dosage
Adults: .5mL-1 mL 2-3x daily for 7 days. Contact your herbalist after 7 days.
The Herbalist's Recommendation: New to Oregon Grape Root? Try "microdosing" to see how you respond to Oregon Grape Root. Try 5 drops of Oregon Grape Root under the tongue or in water. Repeat that 3-4x daily for the first day. -
Contraindications
Due to its berberine content, Oregon grape root is not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding. In animal studies, berberine has demonstrated uterine stimulating effects. Berberine has been found in human breast milk after ingestion, and should be avoided when breastfeeding.
