Fire Cider

“For every human illness, somewhere in the world there exists a plant which is the cure. I believe that there is a healing potential locked inside plants which is integral with their evolution, just as it is part of human evolution to learn to tap this wonderful gift of Nature.”
— Rudolf Steiner

Fire Cider is the perfect example of food as medicine.

I must add, there is no herbal tonic, or supplement that will “save you”. You must be practicing good health hygiene. Getting plenty of rest, drinking enough water, maintaining healthy eating habits, exercise and most importantly limiting stress to the central nervous system.

Fire Cider is an herbal tonic, that supports and nourishes the immune system. No one “owns” Fire Cider. it’s been passed down from generation to generation. It was made popular to the public in the 1970’s thanks to one of my herbal teachers, Rosemary Gladstar. Fire Cider enhances your body’s immune system with the powerhouse herbs and spices it contains. Abundant in benefits, I’ve listed a few down below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
