Meet Lauren
As an herbalist one of my passions is, bridging the gap between ancient tradtional wisdom, and newly emerging scientific research. I know in my heart, when we bridge that gap, the healing can truly begin.
With over 15 years of herbal knowledge, Lauren not only has hands on experience,
she has spent the last 10 years devoted to expanding her herbal knowledge. With studies ranging from Herbal Academy (Clinical Herbalist Course), Rosemary Gladstar (The Science & Art of Herbalism Course.) A few of her favorite Medicinal Herbal books are, Nicholas Culpeper’s (Culpeper’s Complete Herbal.) The Practical Home Physician 1918 Edition. Back To Eden by Jethro Kloss and The Medicinal Herb Grower by Richo Cech.
While Lauren is not a doctor and cannot diagnose you, she is certified on how to read functional blood work, to help you comphrend the differences between traditional pathological lab values and functional lab values.
Lauren and her family currently spend their time between the rural back woods of East Tennessee and the beautiful scenic views of Lake Erie.
