Dreamy Cake Bites

Ingredients
- 2 cups King Arthur Flour Gluten Free
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup Organic
- 1/2 cup Date Syrup Organic
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt I used Real Redmond Salt
- 3/4 cup Melted Vegan Butter organic non gmo plant based
- 1/4 cup lemon juice organic freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp dried lavender flowers organic
- 1 cup Dairy Free Milk I used oat milk in this recipe
GLAZE INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup organic powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp softened vegan butter
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried lavender flowers for garnish
- 1 Lemon Slices for Garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*
- In small pot bring the milk to a gentle simmer and steep lavender flowers. Let steep for 15 minutes.
- After the milk is cooled, gather all wet ingredients in a bowl, combine and set aside.
- In a seperate bowl gather all dry ingredients. Combined wet into dry.
- Spray pan with non-stick spray or butter the tins and sprinkle with sugar if you like a "crunch" to your cake bites. Fill 3/4 of the way full
- Bake in the oven at 350* for 12-18 mins. OVENS VARY! Check to see if they are done at 12 minutes, and continue baking if necessary.
- While baking combine glaze ingredients in a stand mixer to make the glaze. Beat on medium high until mixed well. Let cake bites cool completely before glazing. Dip in glaze and sprinkle lavender flowers on top. Enjoy
